I lead our national M&A retail and consumer brands team. I help businesses in the consumer sector, advising shareholders and management teams on raising finance or selling of part, or all, of their business. I am passionate about working in the consumer sector and really enjoy the high energy, fast paced environment that consumer businesses work in.
I have almost 20 years corporate finance experience advising companies across a range of transactions and phases of growth including full sale mandates, management buy-outs, secondary buy-outs, sales of minority interests and raising debt finance.
Previously, I led the M&A consumer and retail team at another firm and consequently have a wide network of contacts across private equity and trade acquirers. I have also spent time in industry working as group finance director for a large international retail group.
Outside of work I am kept pretty busy with a hectic family life and if I do have any spare time, I like to remember all the interests I had before having kids.
