My experience covers growth/debt funding, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and public company transactions having led IPO reporting accountant and due diligence (buyside, vendor and funding) work since 2003.
Closely working with equity and debt funders, business owners, management teams and their advisers, I offer practical solutions to resolve issues and get deals done. Most transactions I work on have international elements and I also regularly act for overseas buyers on their UK and European transactions.
I was born and grew up in Kenya so fancy a trip back to catch some sun on most days. I am married with two young boys who occupy most of my 'free' time – I am also a keen sports fan and try and fit in a few runs each week.
