As a director in our London and Gatwick corporate finance advisory teams, I spend my time speaking with businesses to understand their requirements and support their strategic ambitions. I specialise in advising on M&A deals including trade sales, private equity investments and exits, acquisition searches and fundraising for businesses throughout their life cycle.
I am part of our business support services sector team, with a specific focus on education and training businesses, working across the space covering early years, independent schools, FE, HE, tutoring, education support services, edtech and corporate training. I understand the issues that affect clients across the sector and how they impact deals. In recognition of our market-leading position, our team was named the EducationInvestor Financial Advisor of the Year in December 2019.
I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients, where they value my practical advice, dedication and passion that helps to achieve their strategic objectives.
Outside of work I live in West London with my wife and our young daughter. I volunteer as a governor of the Brackenbury, Kenmont and Wendell Park Federation of Schools and as a trustee of the music education charity, Sound Connections. When not spending time with my family and friends, you can find me on the golf course or dreaming of skiing.
