I am a Corporate Finance M&A Director in our London team, where I work nationally with business owners to understand their requirements and support their strategic ambitions. I specialise in advising on M&A deals including trade sales, private equity investments and exits, acquisition searches and fundraising for businesses throughout their lifecycle.
My focus within corporate finance is the Business Support Services Sector, where I lead our Education Sector team. Our work covers the whole sector with deep experience across early years, independent schools, FE, HE, tutoring, education support services, edtech and corporate training. In recognition of our market-leading position, our team was named the Education Investor Financial Advisor of the Year in December 2019 and June 2024.
I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients, where they value my practical advice, dedication and passion that helps to achieve their strategic objectives.
Outside of work I live in West London with my wife and our two children. When not spending time with my family and friends, you can find me in the garden or on the golf course.
