I am a Corporate Finance (M&A) Partner, leading mid-market transactions (deals up to £250 million) for private companies, entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and corporate clients. I help my clients achieve their objectives: from realising the value they've built in a business to taking on capital to grow it (equity or debt funding), or making strategic acquisitions.
I specialise in the TMT sector, but have experience across numerous sectors across my 19 years of M&A experience.
Prior to joining the firm, I was a partner in a Big4 professional services firm overseas.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three young boys, as well as watching sport, playing golf, and exercising.
