We are delighted to have advised Whyte & Ivory Limited on their investment from Seneca.

Commencing trading in 2010, Whyte & Ivory is a leading wholesaler of textiles and supplies curtain linings and fabrics to international wholesale brands and retailers, covering the home and contract sectors

The Company was established by Peter Hamilton and Anne Collins. They identified a space in the European and US markets for an independent volume importer and distributor of the textile commodities needed for distribution by many leading home furnishing and contract brands.

Despite being a team of 10 employees, Whyte & Ivory has created a flexible and multitasking environment which enables the team to deliver on the complexities of a global business, with the personality and care of a family enterprise.

The business is 60% export and won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, International Trade as the deal reached completion.

Whyte & Ivory engaged us to act as lead advisors on securing investment, as a result of our sector, local and private equity credentials.

Our deal experience and technical capability ensured a seamless process and successful outcome.
