I have over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, specialising in mid-market M&A and private equity. I lead the corporate finance advisory team in the north west.

I have experience across a range of sectors, including engineering, support services and retail.

I have a reputation for being a pragmatic, hands on deal doer and for delivering maximum values from transactions.

I am married with three teenage daughters, who keep me busy. I am a keen amateur sportsman and I am trying to find a sport I can get better at – currently tennis and rowing.
