My transaction experience includes advising on public company transactions (on AIM, the Main Market and Euronext) and funding and acquisition due diligence. I've acted both on the buy and sell side of national and international transactions with various funding structures, reporting to boards, private equity investors as well as debt and other funding providers.
I also work closely with investors, boards, entrepreneurs, management teams and their advisers, helping them meet their business objectives and assisting in the resolution of any identified issues along the way.
I'm a practising Christian, a trustee and have been on the leadership team of my local church and involved in community and youth work for many years.
