We are delighted to have advised The Human Support Group Limited on their sale to City & County Healthcare Group.

The Human Support Group Limited (HSG) is a homecare services specialist which employs 1,450 staff across 35 locations. Since being established in 1998, HSG works with and supports adults so they are able to enjoy life as independently as possible. Services include: domiciliary care, reablement, respite, independent living support and complex care. The business has grown significantly over the past five years and turnover for the 12 months to March 2019 was in excess of £28m.

Our corporate finance team was able to lead HSG through a streamlined transaction process, whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the operations of the business.

Acquirer City & County (backed by Graphite Capital) is one of the UK's largest providers of community-based social care services, supporting tens of thousands of people with wide-ranging needs to continue living independently at home.
