I work in the corporate finance team leading mergers and acquisitions across the East of England. My 10 years of experience covers a range of advising buy side and sell side transactions, as well as management buyouts.
I love working with local owner managed businesses and adding value to their processes, whilst building great relationships with the people I work with. After all, I know it’s a cliché, but people do business with people!
I currently lead our Cambridgeshire and Norfolk markets and have led transactions across a variety of sectors including recycling, automotive, food and drink, and manufacturing. Advising entrepreneurs on their strategy for growth, funding requirements and helping them to realise shareholder value is what I am most passionate about.
My specialities include corporate disposals and acquisitions, management buyouts/buy-ins, shareholder growth strategies and fundraising.
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf and watching football (an Everton season ticket holder for my sins).
