I advise owner managed businesses, large corporates and entrepreneurs on their strategy. This has included advising on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs and fund raising. In the last 2 years I have led the sale of Magdalene Holdings to private equity backed M Group, the sale of Alpha Scientific to private equity backed ADEY Innovation and the sale of Seetec Business Technology Centre to an Employee Ownership Trust.
