Alpha Scientific (Alpha) provides water testing services for micro-organisms such as Legionella pneumophila, E.coli, Total Coliforms, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Endotoxins. Alpha provides its customers with information and the peace of mind they need to keep their water supplies safe and compliant.
We were engaged as lead advisers on the disposal of Alpha.
The deal expands ADEY’s market presence in the Midlands and North of England with the inclusion of Alpha laboratories in Slough and Manchester. The lab in Slough and ADEY’s existing facility at Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne are both UKAS ISO 17025 accredited.
