Our programmes focus on developing rounded finance professionals, combining exemplar learning resources from Babington with commercial insight and one-to-one support from us. 

The programme is designed to develop people at all levels of the finance function. Accredited qualifications include the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), through to the prestigious Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Our programmes:

Level 7 Accountancy Professional Apprenticeship

Awarded by ACCA or CIMA, this 36-month programme is designed for people working to achieve full chartered accountant status.

Cost: £21,000 – levy funded

Level 4 Accounting Technician Apprenticeship

Awarded by ACCA, AAT or CIMA, this 18-month programme is designed to develop your technical knowledge and experience to provide strategic business advice to organisations of all types and sizes. This suits an entry-level individual looking to grow their skills in accountancy. This can lead to the Level 7 Accountancy Professional Apprenticeship.

Cost: £8,000 – levy funded

Level 3 Assistant Accountant

This 18-month AAT programme is designed to give you the increased confidence and knowledge to launch an accountancy career, and will suit an early careers candidate or career changer.

ICBC Standard Bank - leveraging the Apprenticeship Levy

The challenge
ICBC Standard Bank (ICBCS) finance graduates felt there was a siloed approach to professional qualifications and wanted more engagement with each other during their programmes.
The solution
Grant Thornton and Babington offered cohort-style, streamlined and flexible programmes that balanced work and study-enabling their finance teams to see the benefits immediately.
