I am head of programmes within our people advisory practice, supporting clients with their talent agenda.
I lead a fantastic team of programme managers who specialise in apprenticeship levy advisory and developing training programmes in partnership with a suit of high quality training providers and business schools. Our team also provides commercial people advisory expertise in the areas of HR optimisation, coaching consultancy and learning and development.
I have over 20 years' commercial experience in a variety of international markets including Argentina, Azerbaijan, India, and the UK. My expertise is in programme management, stakeholder engagement, operations, quality assurance and developing and mobilising new initiatives.
I am a qualified coach and enjoy working with apprentices on our Senior Leaders programme (Executive MBA and MML) and also as a Buddy to participants on our accountancy programmes in partnership with Babington. I particularly enjoy leaning on my coaching practice to encourage diversity of thinking and create an inclusive environment.
Amongst my biggest passions are books, languages, music and sports. My most recent hobby has been researching my genealogical tree, taking me to some incredibly remote records and fascinating stories.
