Helping a PE-backed client navigate rapid growth

The challenge

Newly PE-backed client aimed for aggressive acquisitions with a skeleton finance team. Management needed clarity on where to focus resources while meeting a tight audit deadline.

The solution

Feedback metrics gave management and investors clear insight in to subsidiary finance strength. Regular touchpoints with CFO enabled support from advisory and R&D tax.

Supporting a tech business on their FTSE 250 journey

The challenge

A leader in the embedded computing market needed audit and advisory support as it developed and prepared for an IPO. With tight timelines and FTSE 250 governance demands, the first listed audit required speed and accuracy.

The solution

Working with the Company team, combining IFRS expertise, digital tools, data analytics, pre-year end work and team continuity, we understood the complex technology of the business, enabling swift resolution of issues to meet the deadline.

The result

We delivered a quality audit of listed financials that stood up to regulatory scrutiny. Acting as Reporting Accountants, we involved Tax, Controls, and Financial Reporting specialists sharing best practice throughout the listing process.

Delivering cross border audit expertise for US listing

The challenge

UK-based leader in brand protection faced pressure preparing for a US listing. Complex structures and acquisitions meant PCAOB and ISA audits were required at short notice.

The solution

In-house US experts led delivery, embedding valuation specialists and agile planning. Inflo tracked requests, weekly updates kept momentum, and we worked to resolve issues fast.
