Talent Track
Together with the University of Leeds, we’ve launched Talent Track, a four-year Accountancy and Finance programme with a difference.
This programme blends academic study with paid, hands-on experience at our firm, providing a clear route into a graduate role so you can qualify sooner and start your career ahead of the curve.
Benefit from University of Leeds’ ACA qualification exemptions and fast-track your journey to becoming fully qualified within 21 months post-graduation, rather than the usual 36 months.
Every step of Talent Track is structured to lead you into a graduate role with us. You could even secure a full-time role at our firm when you finish the graduate programme.
We invest in your future through mentoring, insight sessions and development opportunities, including multiple placement opportunities throughout your degree programme alongside a full-time paid placement in your third year.
Connect with our people, experience our culture and form relationships that will support your career long after graduation.
You’ll pay your tuition fees, but we’ll guarantee paid work placements throughout your studies. A bursary fund is also available for students who meet the eligibility criteria.
