Talent Track

What is Talent Track?
Together with the University of Leeds, we’ve created Talent Track, a four-year Accounting and Finance programme with a difference.
You’ll combine academic study with paid, hands-on experience at our firm, taking on real responsibility from day one. It’s a clear, supported path into a graduate role, helping you qualify sooner and progress with confidence.

Why choose Talent Track?
A degree that helps you get further, faster.
Qualify as a chartered accountant in as little as 21 months after graduation with ACA exemptions.
Designed to lead into a graduate role, with the potential to secure your place before you finish.
Mentoring, insight sessions and hands-on experience, including placements throughout your degree.
Connect with our people and form relationships that support your career long after you graduate.
Paid placements throughout your degree, plus a full-time paid placement between your penultimate and final year.
Work on real projects and build practical skills alongside your studies.
