Building a future-fit finance team requires more than identifying the skills you know you will need. It requires strategic workforce planning, data-driven decision making, and an ability to understand and adapt to shifting employee expectations.

Join our panel of finance leaders from across industries as they discuss:

  • how CFOs and HRDs can align on developing finance career pathways – including 'squiggly careers'

  • how employee expectations in finance are evolving, and what CFOs need to do to adapt

  • how to approach training, hiring, or outsourcing finance skills.

We look forward to seeing you there.
