We are delighted to have advised Acorn Media Group Inc on their acquisition of a 64% stake in Agatha Christie Limited from Chorion.

This acquisition gives Acorn Media majority ownership of Agatha Christie’s extensive works including more than 80 novels and short story collections, 19 plays, a film library of nearly 40 TV films, and iconic characters such as Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple, among many others.

Acorn Media Group is a leading independent US media company providing distinctive home video products and other merchandise to the North American, UK, and Australian markets with a special focus on the best of British television programming.

We supported Acorn Media with a multi-disciplinary team providing lead advisory, financial & tax due diligence and operational deal services advice.
