I have almost 20 years' experience specialising in delivering due diligence and advising clients in the UK and internationally who are making acquisitions, disposals and undertaking mergers and the banks and funds that support these businesses.
My clients include: private equity houses, privately held and listed corporates/funds, family offices, banks/funds investing in lending to real estate owning, operating businesses, construction companies, contractors and real estate consultants.
My team and I focus on identifying the issues that affect transaction value and supporting clients to deal with these in a pragmatic realistic way.
I enjoy learning about my clients businesses and helping them realise their objectives and ambitions. Although every project is different I draw on experience and skills, developed over many transactions to identify issues that affect value, communicate clearly and provide pragmatically advice and support that allows my clients to achieve their objectives.
The majority of my clients own or operate real estate assets or are involved in their construction either as a contractor or a consultant and include owners and operators of all types of asset, from student accommodation to care homes and hospitals, from branded budget hotels to exclusive Caribbean resorts, logistics warehouses to central London offices, executive house builders to housing associations.
When I’m not at work I’ll be catching up with and cooking for family and friends, watching rugby or WEC races and occasionally, when time allows, competing as crewing in off shore sailing races.
