With a background in both customer-facing and compliance roles in the insurance industry, I work across retail financial services, specialising in the general insurance sector. My typical engagements involve providing technical advice on regulatory changes and supporting firms to implement them. I also provide assurance in the form of internal audit and compliance monitoring reviews and support insurance-sector mergers and acquisitions through regulatory due diligence services.
My experience includes product governance, pricing, fair value assessments, and insurance distribution and mediation. I'm heavily involved in supporting insurance sector clients with their preparation for the incoming Consumer Duty.
Away from the office, I enjoy all things petrol-powered and have a particular passion for motorsports, so can often be found shivering on the edge of a racing circuit. As a history graduate, I also enjoy seeking out and exploring ruined castles and other historic buildings.
