I have over 10 years experience in providing monitoring trustee services to companies subject to a merger, antitrust or state aid investigation. I also have significant experience in MEOP state aid assessments.
Prior to focusing on monitoring trustee work I worked in the corporate recovery and restructuring team, performing viability reviews for distressed business and running the administration of a number of companies and dealing with the sale of the viable business.
I have also undertaken two secondments into two different banking institutes within the syndicated lending team and the recoveries team.
As monitoring trustee we monitor a company’s adherence to its obligations made to regulators in order to clear mergers or settle antitrust and state aid investigations reporting to the CMA, EC and other regulators across the globe.
As well as monitoring and remaining the independent eyes and ears for the regulators, part of our role also involves providing support to companies on the best way to implement processes and controls to ensure adherence their obligations.
In my free time I play netball competitively for my local team, swim and generally keep fit running around (and often joining in) with my three primary school aged children’s activities.
