I'm an Associate Director in the monitoring trustee and competition services team, with over 25 years of experience as a chartered accountant. I bring a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by a career spanning audit, restructuring and insolvency, and two banking secondments. This diverse background underpins my work in providing monitoring trustee services to companies subject to merger control, antitrust or state aid investigations.

As a monitoring trustee, I ensure companies comply with commitments made to regulators, such as the CMA, European Commission and other global authorities, to secure merger clearance or resolve antitrust and state aid concerns. Beyond compliance oversight, I also support companies in implementing effective processes and controls to meet their obligations.
Outside of work, I'm a competitive netball player and coach, bringing the same discipline and teamwork to the court as I do to my professional practice.
