I lead our corporate finance team in Yorkshire and the North East and have been advising public and private companies, private equity houses and management teams for over 25 years.
I advise on the full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including management buy-outs, company disposals, acquisitions and fundraisings.
Over the years, I have worked with businesses across most sectors, particularly consumer and TMT, and I have extensive experience of working on complex private equity transactions. For me, it is all about working with people and helping businesses and management teams realise their strategic goals and ambitions.
