I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the energy sector, having worked in advisory practice, private equity, finance and corporate strategy departments of corporates.
I joined the firm in 2017 and advise businesses seeking to unlock growth opportunities or restructure to implement sustainable business models.
In the UK Restructuring and Forensics teams, I work on projects in various sectors across international markets, focusing on the energy sector. My work involves accelerated M&A, pre-lending reviews, independent business reviews, contingency planning, strategy advisory, as well as transactional support on disposals, acquisitions and finance raisings. I also have experience in forensics, working on a range of commercial disputes and contract reviews.
My background has allowed me to understand various stakeholder perspectives. I have extensive experience in assessing the financial viability of companies. I enjoy working closely and getting to know management teams to identify opportunities and risks and support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my dog with my husband, socialising with friends and family or on a plane heading towards the sunshine.
