Partnership of Care (PoC) is a provider of supported living, residential and day care services for residents with high acuity and complex care requirements. The business has an excellent reputation for the quality of its care and holds strong relationships with local commissioning bodies.

The shareholders approached us to consider their options for realising value, with the key priority of finding the right partner for the business moving forward that shares the company’s ethos of putting its residents and staff first.

Our Corporate Finance Healthcare team utilised its knowledge of the specialist healthcare space to identify and approach a select number of key buyers that would provide a suitable fit for the business moving forward, whilst maintaining the excellent quality of care and strong commissioner relationships.

Mysa Care was selected as the preferred partner due to a common philosophy with that of the PoC shareholders. The transaction was completed on the terms set out in the original offer, with co-founder, Janine Darling, continuing with the business in a strategic development role. We provided an integrated, one team approach encompassing teams from Corporate Finance Advisory and Tax Advisory to achieve the best result for the shareholders.
