I am a director in our Bristol corporate finance team with over 10 years’ experience advising on a broad range of mid-market transactions, including UK and international trade sales, private equity investment and fundraises. We have one of the largest M&A teams both in the South West and nationally, and it’s great to be part of such a successful team.
I have a focus on healthcare and lead our medical equipment and devices sector nationally, but I also have experience across a broad range of other sectors including consumer, technology and industrials.
I love what I do and particularly enjoy working with clients to find the right solution at what is typically a very important time for them and their business. Whilst we are very specialist and are technical experts in what we do, a lot of my role comes down to providing pragmatic advice, building strong relationships and ultimately going the extra mile to deliver the right outcome for my clients.
Outside of work I enjoy getting into the great outdoors, including rock climbing and surfing. With a teenage stepson, a dog and a cat I’m never short of things to keep me busy!
