We advised the shareholders of DWW on the initiation, preparation and execution of the transaction.
Our involvement covered all aspects of the M&A process, including the identification of prospective key strategic buyers, deal negotiations, management of the due diligence process and support during the legal drafting and completion processes.
The shareholders of DWW entered into negotiations with Luceco in June 2021 and completed in October 2021.
Through driving a process with a high degree of competitive tension we were able to ensure that the Shareholders’ objectives could be met in delivering a high-quality transaction with a strategic buyer in Luceco.
