We advised the shareholders of Delta on the initiation, preparation and execution of the transaction.
Our involvement covered all components of the M&A process, including the identification of prospective key strategic buyers, deal negotiations, management of the due diligence process and support during the legal drafting and completion processes.
The shareholders of Delta entered into negotiations with Cosworth in October 2020 with the deal exchanging in January 2021 and completing in March 2021.
