Action Sustainability is a leading tech-enabled sustainability business in the construction sector, providing collaboration tools, e-learning, software and consulting services.

The company founded the Supply Chain Sustainability School in the UK, which now has over 200 partners and engages over 7,000 companies and 40,000 individuals annually. Over the past 12 years, the School has seen consistent growth, successfully expanding into the Irish market and preparing for a 2025 launch in the USA.

Additionally, the Sustainability Tool helps businesses measure and manage their sustainability performance, driving lasting, impactful change across sectors.

Using our knowledge of the Sustainability and Technology sectors, our Corporate Finance and Transaction Tax teams were able to provide a bespoke approach for the shareholders.

Understanding the investor landscape and their investment criteria, allowed us to run a strategic process which resulted in high levels of interest and ultimately an outcome which met all stakeholder objectives.
