Revive! is the UK's largest mobile SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) repair network, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Rugby.
The business delivers mobile cosmetic vehicle repairs, including paintwork scratches, alloy wheel refurbishment, bumper blends and paintless dent removal - through a network of 54 franchise regions and an in-house team of technicians, serving blue-chip National Account customers across insurance, fleet, dealership and retail channels.
Our VDD report provided prospective acquirers with a thorough, independently prepared assessment of the Group's historical and forecast financial performance, quality of earnings, net working capital position, net debt and taxation matters.
Mobeus Equity Partners LLP acquired the Group, with the transaction representing the retirement of co-founder Terry Mullen. Mark Llewellyn continues as CEO alongside the incumbent management team.
