ArticlePurpose, impact and collaboration are driving the sustainability services market. We explore the M&A trends.
I am a highly respected M&A adviser to the UK mid-market, with a long-standing reputation for providing quality advice to shareholders, business owners, banks and private equity on M&A transactions between £5-£100 million.
Transactions include company disposals, mergers, acquisitions, management buy outs and buy ins, private equity, refinancing and strategic reviews. I have advised on a number of the leading M&A transactions in the South and am a key part of our award-winning corporate finance team.
I have worked and lived in the South of the UK for over 20 years and advise a large number of entrepreneurial businesses. I have specific interest in the consultancy, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), healthcare, TMT and private equity sectors. Fundamentally, I am passionate about working with clients to achieve their ambitions and am 100% focussed on providing exceptional client service. I believe it is important to build strong relationships with those I work with while having some fun along the way.
Outside of work, I am a very keen sportsman and have played/attempted most sports. Now married with three kids my playing days have been replaced by coaching and supporting their activities. I also volunteer on the committee of one of the South’s leading amateur sports club, Trojans Club and the Southern Premier Cricket League.
