I have over 11 years of providing both advisory and assurance services across financial services. Leading a team of SMEs, I deliver our people and culture proposition – focusing on ESG initiatives, culture assessments and people-related risk.
Drawing on significant experience in delivering highly complex projects, regulatory audits, transformation programmes and managing teams across different locations, I am skilled at building, maintaining and developing high-performing teams.
I am also very passionate about shaping a more inclusive and reflective workplace and am regularly called upon to assess and champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
Outside of work, I can be found in the outdoors supporting the Essex Wildlife Trust through various conservation activities and spending time with family.
