I lead the UK private healthcare M&A team and have more than 15 years’ experience in providing advice to operators and investors in the market. My expertise encompasses social care (including elderly care operators, specialist care providers and domiciliary care companies), retail healthcare providers (including dentists, fertility providers and pharmacy), medical devices companies and pharma services providers.
I particularly enjoy working in such a dynamic and constantly evolving sector as healthcare and providing solutions to our clients’ problems, whether that be helping with fund raising, introducing investors or finding buyers for their businesses to enable them to move on to the next stage of growth.
The main thing I love about my role is working with innovative businesses that have a strong social ethos and are working in a market that can have a positive impact on the community.
In my spare time I enjoy golf, tennis and football (both playing and watching) and I have two young daughters who keep me on my toes and fully supplied with client-friendly jokes.
