I work closely with business owners, shareholders, investors, managers and employees to design and structure reward arrangements, which align behaviours with growth strategies and long-term value creation. I am both a qualified lawyer and tax adviser with over 20 years' experience working with diverse clients ranging from large multi-nationals to successful owner managed businesses.
I lead our reward advisory services, a team combining commercial approach with deep technical expertise and offering a comprehensive one-stop client service covering design, tax, valuation structuring, implementation, communication and compliance.
I have specialist expertise in converting companies into employee ownership through the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure and work closely with business owners who wish to implement succession plans which recognise the benefits for their business of fostering wider employee ownership. I sit on the Employee Ownership Association members council which actively promotes employee ownership as an alternative ownership model.
