I am the head of operational taxes in the financial services group. I have a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, advising banks, fund managers and insurance companies on tax information reporting and withholding regimes (including FATCA, CRS, DAC6, qualified intermediary, 871(m), withholding tax reclaims, corporate criminal offence, ISA and pensions tax compliance).
I am also a qualified chartered account, skilled in international tax, financial services, tax advisory, and corporate tax. I hold relationships with key personnel at HMRC and IRS, and financial trade bodies dealing with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of operational tax regimes.

Throughout my career I have worked with leading financial institutions helping them implement new processes to meet their obligations as well as validating their compliance position.
