I’m an accomplished programme manager with 20 years of experience delivering projects and programmes for the public and private sectors. I work in our people advisory team within our business consulting practice, leading a mix of client and internal projects focusing on our people agenda, including upskilling workers, managing the workforce and rewarding employees.
I’m an accredited Project Manager (PMQ) with full project lifecycle management experience. I excel at bringing together project teams and ensuring that everyone has a shared vision, with the discipline to follow up on the detail. I’ve managed complex programmes with budgets over £30million, spanning multiple suppliers and workstreams.
As a product owner, I am passionate about utilising technology to improve productivity, and I specialise in implementing digital platforms. I have particularly enjoyed bringing the Grant Thornton IR35 assessment platform (the Employment Status Intelligence Platform) to market. I am knowledgeable about managing the contractor workforce and IR35.
Outside of work, I enjoy anything creative, such as making bags (#freedombikebags), bread, gardening, and music. I strike a healthy work-life balance and work four days per week.
