I have specialised in transaction advisory services for over fifteen years, supporting businesses and individuals, providing financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side), bid support and vendor assistance.
My focus is on our mid-market private equity clients and the technology, media and telecommunication (TMT) sector. I co-lead Grant Thornton’s Telecommunications team, specialising in transactions in the fibre, connectivity and data centre space.
I am lucky enough to work with clients with a wide range of transactional experience - from owner-managed businesses undertaking their first major acquisition to experienced serial acquirers and private equity firms making multiple acquisitions each year. My clients value my expertise, tenacity, problem solving, project management and pragmatic approach, and I take great pleasure in assisting my clients to find solutions to the issues they encounter along the way.
In my spare time, I’m an armchair motorsports enthusiast and enjoy walking and quizzing.
