I am a Chartered Surveyor (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and contribute heavily by dedicating my time to upholding membership as a fellow, a registered valuer and an RICS assessor. In addition, I sit on the RICS valuation panel for IFRS16 and I am a member of the Investment Property Federation (IPF) and hold an MBA from Imperial College, London.
In my role I undertake valuations across a broad spectrum of properties and clients from the FTSE 100 to property funds and housing associations. Valuations vary from investments vals’, residuals, EUV-SH and DRC. With sector types varying from commercial to residential and Infrastructure assets.
Over the past two years I have undertaken valuations on behalf of over 150 clients on properties with a total value in excess of £6 billion. I oversee a vast portfolio of real estate audit clients that span a broad range of sectors.
