I have spent over 15 years working in external audit, firstly in the South East based in our Cambridge office before making the move up to Yorkshire in 2013. I have enjoyed working with a wide range of businesses over the course of my career from small owner-managed businesses to large international listed entities. My focus and interest has always been in the not-for-profit sectors and I now predominately work with not-for-profit businesses, including large housing associations, universities, colleges and charitable organisations. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients and understanding the strategic plans of the businesses that I work with and being able to contribute as a trusted advisor.
I have extensive knowledge of the education, housing and charity sectors and, as Head of Not for Profit in Yorkshire, I have the privilege of leading our audit services to these sectors across the North East. My responsibilities include managing client relationships and our Not for Profit team and building our offering to the sector in the region.
I love living in Yorkshire and spend most of my spare time enjoying the fantastic countryside that the North East has to offer, either by foot or on my mountain bike. I also love to travel and my holidays tend to be in the mountains and adventurous.
