People Advisory Manager (HR Manager)

Flexible location outside of London - hybrid working

A look into the role

 

As one of the managers within our People Advisory Audit team, you will:

  • Manage relationships: role model stakeholder management building trust and offering proactive solutions as you manage key stakeholder relationships

  • Lead impactful people experience work: Specifically driving engagement across the service line and elevating People Manager skills

  • Champion and oversee: Initiatives across the annual talent cycle including performance and salary review, implementation of policies and projects, and employee relations activity

  • Innovate and stay ahead: Keep abreast of market trends and research, introducing fresh ideas to enhance the people plan

  • Manage and inspire: Take on people management responsibilities and bring new, fresh perspectives to our brilliant team.

 

Knowing you’re right for us

 

Joining us as a Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

  • experience working with large fast paced organisations across different locations and/or specialities

  • experience managing or coaching a team creating an environment where people have flourished

  • experience taking ownership of delivering people activities such as talent or salary review

  • experience of working with/knowing a variety of senior stakeholders and owning key relationships

  • evidence of how you’ve brought ideas/innovation to improve the people experience

  • strong ER case management and employment law knowledge, with the ability to apply this within BAU

  • strong project management experience including personally delivering large people projects

 

It would be great if you had some experience experience working in professional services, but don't worry if not, we'll help you develop along the way.
