Examples of the projects we have provided lead financial advice on are:
- £650m fundraise for a large local authority in Scotland consisting of a circa £200m refinancing and a set of sale and leaseback transactions totalling £450m.
- Leading on the finance and funding workstream as part of the Towns Fund Consortium Partner group led by Arup, in the delivery of central government’s £3bn Towns Fund programme.
- Providing advice in the assembly of strategically important business cases for major interventions such as the Midlands Engine, Future High Street Fund and other critical investment centred around economic regeneration.
- Supporting the Scottish Government in its structuring to provide financing and enable a major housing site in Winchburgh. that required infrastructure investment, creating the opportunity to deliver over 5,000 homes.
