The acquisition by Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) continues its track record of acquisitions that add to their capabilities in the market. PDT Global will become part of Affirmity, LTG’s workforce compliance and diversity business, headquartered in Irving, Texas. 

The integration of PDT Global dramatically expands Affirmity’s global reach, as well as its online training and diversity consulting capabilities, providing a greatly enhanced offering to customers. 

Following an introduction from one of our previous clients and given our extensive skills, training and wider consultancy sector experience, PDT Global appointed us to expertly manage the sale of the business, specifically to a strategic partner that already had a strong reputation for high quality training globally. 

We worked with the team for 12 months prior to engaging formally with potential global strategic partners which enabled us to run a streamlined and efficient deal process. This investment of time and subsequent process achieved a great result from a fit and pricing perspective for the shareholders. PDT Global and LTG combined, creates a significant digital learning provider of scale with a deeper specialism in D&I, and a fantastic home for its people and clients.
