Backed by Key Capital Partners (since 2016), the shareholders engaged with us to act as lead advisers on the sale of the business.
Our corporate finance team executed a streamlined yet highly competitive process with a focused selection of key private equity and trade buyers to unlock maximum value for the shareholders and find the right strategic partner for management going forwards.

We led the detailed negotiations, project managed various diligence streams and advised on the key commercial terms of the transaction. We also provided tax and debt advisory services on the deal in an example of how our integrated service offering can be used to facilitate transactions and protect value for our clients.
