Grant Thornton advises Freight Logistics Solutions

Freight Logistics Solutions (FLS) is a technology enabled logistics agency and freight forwarder based in South Wales. It is an asset light business which operates mostly within the road freight space and optimises its customers’ logistics operations and spend through an extensive subcontractor network and suite of load booking, tracking and KPI reporting measures. 

Under the leadership of Ieuan Rosser, the shareholders have grown the business since its inception in 2016 and were looking for an investment partner to support them in the next phase of FLS’ development. 

Our corporate finance team advised the shareholders in the run up to, and during, the transaction, leading negotiations with the Development Bank of Wales (DBW) and project managing the entire process to deliver a deal that met all key personal and business objectives.
