DD Group acquired 100% of the shares in Dental Promotion & Innovation SA (DPI), a leading dental distribution platform in continental Europe.
DPI is the largest dental distributor in Belgium, the third largest in France, and has a strong presence in Germany and the Netherlands. The acquisition creates a pan-European leader in the distribution of dental consumables, equipment, laboratory services, aesthetics, and related services with more than 40,000 customers in Europe. Transaction provides springboard for further European consolidation.

Our services included financial and tax due diligence and SPA support.
We adopted an integrated, hands-on and senior led approach, focusing on the key transaction drivers and areas of risk.
Working closely with DD Group and Sun, we flexed our approach and the phasing of our work to provide the key deliverables and advice at the right time to support the deal negotiations. We provided tax due diligence across multiple jurisdictions, led by the UK team.
