Esland Care is a high quality provider of residential child care and associated provisions that offers bespoke, specialist services to local authorities in England.
Prior to the deal, the business operated 26 homes in 14 different counties, looking after 60 children on behalf of 34 different local authorities.
Oracle Care and Education provides therapeutically supported residential care and education for young people with complex needs.
The business operates a hub-and-spoke model with 11 homes situated around two schools in Congleton and Bedford.
Oracle offered complementary services to Esland and presented a great strategic fit to the business and their growth plans.
Esland had submitted an initial offer when we were approached to advise on the transaction.
