Trios Group is a national facilities management business with services primarily related to maintenance and installation operating in the Midlands, with a strong national network of sub-contractors. The business employs over 300 staff with key clients including Ladbrokes, Royal Mail and The West Midlands Police.

Arcus FM’s acquisition of Trios Group further adds to its mobile engineering, technology and project delivery, strengthening its position in the UK market and taking it one step closer to realising its ambition to be the largest provider of mobile facilities management services in the UK.

We were appointed by Arcus FM due to our extensive facilities management sector experience and our ability to provide a fully integrated cross service offering.

We held strong pre-existing relationship with the team across both CFA and TAS, having advised on the initial investment by Soho Square Capital in 2020 and supported its acquisition search.

Our corporate finance advisory and diligence teams worked closely with management to identify key risks with the transaction and this advice alongside strong negotiation with the sellers resulted in a successful transaction at a great valuation for our client.

Through this transaction we have further strengthened our relationship with Arcus and Soho Square and look forward to supporting them both in the future.
