I lead the firm's transaction advisory services business in Milton Keynes, Cambridge and the surrounding counties. With over 20 years' experience helping businesses realise their strategic ambitions, I provide my clients with a due diligence service that really gets to the heart of the issue.
My focus is working with corporates (listed and privately owned) and their funders as they seek to grow their business through acquisition, together with those organisations seeking to list on the London Stock Exchange. A growing percentage of my transaction experience is cross border.
Having experienced working for a large international plc and a bank during my career, puts me in rarefied position of being able to bring a different perspective to the advice I can offer.
Outside work, I am married to Jo and have two grown up children. Sport, music and the arts form a big part of family life.
