Imogen Joss appointed as independent non-executive

Leading financial and business adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Imogen Joss as an independent non-executive (INE) director for the firm. Imogen will be replacing Caroline Goodall who retired by rotation on 30 June 2017.

Commenting on Caroline stepping down from the Board, Ed Warner, independent chair of the firm’s governance body The Partnership Oversight Board, said:

“I would like to thank Caroline, on behalf of the board and the firm for the huge contribution she has made over her seven-year tenure as one of the first INEs the firm appointed.

“It has been a great pleasure to work with Caroline and I know that colleagues who have worked with her since she became one of the firm’s first INEs have found both her counsel and challenge invaluable. Her support and insight over the last seven years has helped shape the type of progressive firm Grant Thornton is today. We wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.”

Caroline Goodall said:

Commenting on the appointment of Imogen Joss as independent non-executive director, Ed said:

In addition to this INE position Imogen is currently a senior independent director of Gresham Computing and non-executive director of IPSX.
