Since 2007, I have been with the Japanese firm and have gained extensive experience in audit and quality for 9 years. Since 2016, I changed my career and have been focusing on corporate finance services.
My main responsibilities are financial due diligence, valuation, and other transaction advisory services for domestic and cross border deals. I have been leading a number of projects including more than 30 cross border projects for both in-bound and out-bound transactions.
In 2021, I transferred to the UK firm in secondment and since then I have helped clients on cross-border transactions between Japan and the UK. I also look after Japanese companies based in Europe from an audit, tax and advisory perspective. In addition, I have joined the financial modelling team.
Outside of my work, I love football, thus would like to enjoy the fantastic stadium atmosphere in the UK! Also, my family and I are really curious about different cultures, cuisine and the like.
